Let me help you on your Computer Vision journey.
Myself and my team are doubling down our efforts on supporting our paying customers, writing new books and courses, and authoring high quality Computer Vision, Deep Learning, and OpenCV content for you to learn from.
We’re passionate about this community and want to see you succeed in applying CV/DL to your projects and research. However, there is only so much time in a day, and given that we receive 200+ emails per day asking for free help, kindly understand we cannot possibly get to them all.
Therefore, any time we spend in our inboxes is spent supporting and helping our paying customers.
What does this mean?
1. If you are a not a customer, I will not be able to reply to your message. If you need help, I suggest you follow my 500+ free tutorials on the PyImageSearch blog (with new posts publishing every Monday). Additionally, check out my “Get Started” guide which categorizes and cross-references my tutorials. Inside that guide you will learn popular CV/DL topics, including OpenCV basics, Deep Learning, OCR, Face Recognition, Object Detection, Object Tracking, and more.
2. If you are a customer, please either (1) email me from the email address you used to purchase or (2) let me know you are a customer in your message. My email system automatically flags customer questions and will place your email/question in a special priority queue, ensuring I can get back to you ASAP. As a customer, you will receive a guaranteed response either from me or someone on my team.
3. If you’d like to become a customer you will receive priority support. All questions from customers go into a separate priority queue. You can check out the books and courses I offer here. Your question is also likely addressed in my books/courses.
4. If you need help determining which of my books/courses is right for you, let me know. Include in your message what you’re trying to build, create, or accomplish and I’ll provide a recommendation to you ASAP. Additionally, you should see this entry in my FAQ where I provide suggestions on which of my books/courses you should read.
Finally, If you’d like to share code, please don’t. As you know, reviewing another programmers’ code is a very time consuming and tedious task, and due to the volume of emails and contact requests I receive, I simply cannot do it. I hope you understand.
Please keep these guidelines in mind before clicking the “Submit” button. Thank you!
